Azure Desktop Specialist

Location : Remote – must be Germany-based and have B2 level + German

We\’re on the hunt for an experienced AVD Specialist to join a global tech leader. This is your chance to lead enterprise-scale Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) projects in a fully remote setup – German language fluency (B2+) is essential .

What You’ll Do :

• Design, deploy, and optimize secure AVD environments on Azure
• Manage host pools, session hosts, and application groups
• Integrate AVD with Azure AD (Entra ID), Group Policy, RBAC
• Implement security baselines & conditional access

What We’re Looking For :

• 3+ years of AVD experience in enterprise environments
• Skilled in PowerShell scripting, FSLogix, Windows multi-session
• Fluent German (B2 or higher)

Bonus Points For :

• Microsoft Certs : AZ-140, AZ-104
• Citrix or VMware Horizon experience
