Principal Global Talent Consultant – Private Equity, Strategy and Operations

Are you a Recruitment Manager open to a 6-12 month contract? We are looking for someone to start ASAP and manage the hiring process for over 50 people in the 1st year of a Factory re-opening. The role is Hybrid and there is the possibility of a permanent role in the HR team following this project.

Key Responsibilities

• Posting job adverts online
• Direct sourcing of candidates on LinkedIn and Job Sites
• Interviewing candidates
• Managing CVs
• Managing interview bookings and offers

Required Experience

• German and English Language skills
• 3-5 years of recruitment experience
• Ideally experience in the manufacturing/supply chain industry on high volume shop floor hiring
