At Watchtower Security Solutions, we protect construction sites, vacant properties, industrial locations, events, and other temporary sites with smart mobile security solutions.

To support our growing German operations, we are looking for a motivated Junior Service Technician who can help install, maintain, and repair our mobile security systems across Germany.

This role is a good fit for someone with technical aptitude, a practical mindset, and the ability to work independently after proper training. You do not need years of experience, but you do need to be reliable, curious, and ready to take responsibility.

You will be part of an international, professional, and hands-on team. The salary range for this role is between €2,800 and €3,200 gross per month, depending on your experience.

Your role as Junior Service Technician

As a Junior Service Technician at Watchtower Security Solutions, you will support the technical side of our German operations.

After a thorough onboarding program, you will install, configure, maintain, and repair our mobile security products, including Watchtower camera masts, Watchtower Boxes, and Watchtower Guard systems.

You will work on customer sites across Germany and help make sure our systems are placed correctly, functioning properly, and ready to protect our customers’ sites.

This is a practical field role with regular travel. Ideally, you will be based in or around our headquarters in Hilden.

What you bring

• You have completed a technical Ausbildung, or you have a comparable technical background with strong practical skills.

• You have a clear affinity with technology and enjoy solving practical technical problems.

• You are motivated to learn and able to apply what you learn quickly.

• You are independent, proactive, and reliable.

• You communicate fluently in German; English proficiency is considered a plus.

• You are comfortable working on customer sites and representing the company professionally.

• You have a valid driving license and driving experience.

Experience in a similar role is welcome, but not . What matters most is technical understanding, ownership, and the willingness to grow into the role.
