- Design the next generation of accounting products where agents and finance professionals work together, ensuring accuracy and trust
- Build a deep understanding of the problem space with product management, engineering, and finance peers, and identify opportunities to drive growth across target markets
- Use AI to create customer-ready demos as the default design artifact, moving between code and canvas throughout the process
- Continuously test assumptions with customers and ground the iterative design process in finance professionals' needs
- Inspire the team to improve solutions from useful to delightful
- Raise design quality through jams and critiques, share learnings, and contribute to component and skill libraries
- Maintain design quality by making solutions intuitive and simple, pursuing excellence in visual design and user experience, and leveraging the design system
- Prioritize impactful work and deliver high-quality designs that balance speed and thoughtfulness
- Understand users' mindsets and motivations, anticipate their needs, and translate insights into user-centered solutions
- Develop design strategies that balance long-term vision with short-term impact and support future scalability and growth
- Seek and give constructive feedback and continuously improve personal and team skills and practices

- Experience designing complex products end-to-end in close collaboration with product and engineering leads
- A portfolio demonstrating product thinking, customer centricity, and strong visual work
- Evaluative research experience spanning planning through synthesis
- Demonstrated use of AI in the workflow and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and workflows
- Clear communication skills, including confidently presenting and articulating ideas and bringing cross-functional peers along with strong rationale
- A collaborative and empowering approach to teamwork
