What you'll do
Take ownership of monthly payroll processing for our Headquarters (approx. 90 employees) and support payroll activities across our German locations (approx. 700 employees in total).
Maintain, validate, and process payroll-related employee data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely payroll execution.
Act as the primary contact for our external payroll provider, ensuring smooth cooperation and service quality.
Coordinate payroll-related payment processes, including salaries, work extensively with P&I LOGA.
Ensure seamless data flow and collaboration between Payroll, HR, Finance, and SAP.
Support payroll reconciliation and ensure accurate transfer and posting of payroll results in SAP.
Analyze and resolve differences between payroll results, payment files, and SAP postings.
Maintain payroll documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and legal requirements.

What we are looking for
Several years of experience in German payroll administration.
Hands-on expertise in monthly payroll processing and payroll compliance.
Experience managing external payroll providers and coordinating payroll activities.
Strong knowledge of P&I LOGA; SAP experience is a plus.
Background in international or multi-site organizations is advantageous.
Fluent German and good English communication skills.
