Verantwortungsbereiche
- Coordinate annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts across business verticals within the COE perimeter
- Set ambitious yet realistic financial targets based on in‑depth analysis
- Monitor KPIs with focus on ROCE and EBITDA‑FCF conversion; provide actionable insights to COE management
- Develop robust financial models and business cases for market expansions and new location openings
- Support strategic footprint analysis to identify overhead efficiency improvements, scaling or consolidation
- Evaluate market entry barriers, investment requirements, and ROI for growth initiatives
- Conduct root cause analysis of underperforming units and design turnaround strategies
- Monitor restructuring progress and adjust plans to ensure profitability
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor in Business, Finance or related field; Master degree a plus
- Proficiency in financial statements understanding
- Financial modelling / controlling skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Mass data analysis automation capacity in MS Excel
- Results‑oriented, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
- Basic knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP
- Understanding of financial KPIs and their business impact
- Excellent English; German preferred; other European languages a plus
