We are looking for a SAP Competence Center Lead to take ownership of our SAP landscape, guide our SAP S/4HANA journey, and act as a trusted partner to the business. In this role, you will combine operational leadership with strategic development in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. /p h3Your mission /h3 ul liLead and further develop the SAP Competence Center, including the internal team, ways of working, and service delivery model /li liEnsure stable and business-focused operation of the current SAP application landscape while driving continuous improvement /li liPlay a leading role in shaping and supporting the transition from SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA /li liPartner closely with business departments to understand requirements and translate them into scalable SAP solutions /li liSteer external partners and suppliers to ensure effective delivery, quality, and alignment with business priorities /li liContribute your SAPexpertise, leadership, and structured approach to strengthen collaboration across IT and the widerorganisation /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liCompleted degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Engineering, Business Administration, or a comparable discipline /li liSeveral years of relevant experience in SAP application management, SAP consulting, SAP solution delivery, or SAP Business Partner roles in a complex enterprise environment /li liStrong knowledge of SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA, including business process integration, support models, and change governance /li liProven leadership experience and the ability to communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels, including external partners and suppliers /li liStructured, independent, and precise way of working, with the ability to perform reliably under time pressure /li liStrong teamspirit,high levelof ownership, and enjoyment in working closely with users, business departments, and project stakeholders /li liProject management certification andproficiencywith MS Office are an advantage /li liFull professional proficiency in English is required, German is a strong asset /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
