In the context of strengthening its property service, it has commissioned us to search for its future Technical Manager - 100%Ensuring the technical quality of property management services Your responsibilities Reporting to the Head of Technical & Rental Management, you are CAP Prévoyance’s on-site presence for its property portfolio.
You supervise the execution of technical services by the property managers (reletting works, routine maintenance, claims) and carry out ex-post checks by sampling of awards and work statements.
You occasionally conduct on-site audits (site visits, quality control of restoration) and verify the compliance of reletting and maintenance files.
You handle routine claims files in liaison with the property managers and insurers, and monitor maintenance contracts.
You consolidate the technical KPI data provided by the property managers and implement cross-cutting themes such as electromobility or energy management.
You directly oversee the execution of common area maintenance works beyond the property managers’ remit.
By verifying, documenting and alerting, you guarantee the technical quality of the portfolio managed under delegation.
Your profile Holder of a Federal VET Diploma or a Federal Certificate in construction, renovation or technical property management, you have 5 to 7 years’ experience in technical property management, site supervision or works management.
You are proficient in reading plans, specifications and work statements, as well as in restoration and technical reletting processes.
Knowledge of SIA standards and routine claims management is an asset.
Recognised for your technical rigour and observational skills, you know how to go on site with a critical eye, detect discrepancies and document them precisely.
Autonomous in organising your inspections, you report your observations faithfully and prioritise your interventions according to risk.
