Read about the responsibilities related to the position and the profile sought below, and contact us if you recognize yourself in this description!Your missionsWithin the School Education team, you assume the management of various projects aimed at strengthening a culture of exchange and mobility in Swiss schools. You coordinate in particular the development of the Exchange Week as well as the exchange label, and contribute to their sustainable anchoring as well as their development.- You coordinate and implement the Exchange Week, a campaign conducted on a Swiss scale to promote exchanges and mobility.- You ensure the planning, implementation, and development of the pilot project Exchange Label in collaboration with the cantons and schools.- You coordinate the communication between the various internal and external stakeholders and guarantee fluid information flow.- You constructively reconcile varied interests and perspectives.- You facilitate workshops and exchange groups intended for the development of projects.- You collect feedback from schools, cantons, and other stakeholders. You analyze the results and implement measures aimed at ensuring the continuous improvement of projects.- You manage other projects in collaboration with the head of the domain.- You work in close collaboration with program managers and the management team.Your profile- Higher education degree (Master's level) in a field related to the management of projects involving multiple stakeholders.- Good knowledge of the Swiss education system and the field of school education.- Open-mindedness and flexibility, ability to carry out demanding tasks autonomously, constructively, and reliably.- Ease in complex environments bringing together multiple stakeholders; ability to manage divergent interests, critical feedback, and demanding processes, while finding constructive solutions.- Structured work method and ability to keep an overview of several projects conducted in parallel.- Personal and/or professional passion for the themes of exchange, mobility, and linguistic cohesion.- Languages: You speak German and French fluently and ideally have good knowledge of Italian.- Ready to travel: your activity involves occasional professional travel in Switzerland.- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.- You distinguish yourself by your analytical skills, your conceptual mind, and your transversal thinking. You appreciate networking and know how to develop, with different stakeholders, solutions to complex problems.
