We are seeking a
Process
Engineer
to optimize production processes and
support industrialization projects.
Develop and improve manufacturing processes for
high-value components.
Create and validate
machining and assembly methods (turning, milling,
welding).
Define and optimize CNC programming
and cutting tool strategies.
Prepare and
maintain technical documentation: process sheets, routing, and work
instructions.
Support industrialization of new
products and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical
issues and ensure quality standards.
Contribute to complex technical projects and provide
clear reporting.
Master's degree in Mechanical or Electromechanical
Engineering (or equivalent experience).
Minimum 4 years of experience in industrial environments
(production, process, or methods engineering).
Asset : Strong practical knowledge of machining, CNC
programming, welding, and industrialization.
Hands-on experience in production workshops (not purely
design office).
Excellent communication skills
in French and English; other languages are a plus.
