In this role, you will be close to the market every day: building relationships, identifying opportunities, supporting negotiations and helping to conclude spot fixtures. You will work with shipowners, charterers, operators and other market participants in an international and fast-moving environment.

Your mission

  • Identify cargo and tonnage opportunities and contribute to new business development.
  • Monitor market developments, including vessel positions, cargo flows, freight rates and supply-demand trends.
  • Prepare market updates, position lists and commercial analyses to support daily broking activities.
  • Support negotiations and contribute to the successful conclusion of fixtures.
  • Assist with the review and negotiation of charter party terms.
  • Provide clients with reliable market insights and commercial advice throughout the chartering process.

Your profile

We would like to hear from you if you bring:

  • Experience in shipbroking, tanker chartering or a comparable commercial role within shipping.
  • A good understanding of the tanker market and spot chartering processes.
  • A strong commercial mindset and confidence in communicating with clients and market participants.
  • Good negotiation skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships.
  • An analytical, proactive and reliable way of working.
  • Fluent English skills.

Why us?

  • The opportunity to actively contribute to the growth of our tanker business.
  • Close collaboration with experienced shipping professionals.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
