A confidential global automotive tech group is seeking to be introduced to 2-3 senior software executives to lead large-scale, cross-functional software teams. They are succession planning for a couple of a mission-critical roles driving vision, architecture, and delivery across embedded systems and software-defined vehicle platforms, with a strong emphasis on AI, ADAS, Android-based systems, and core vehicle domains .

Key Responsibilities :

• Define and deliver the global software vision, architecture, and roadmap in alignment with strategic product direction
• Oversee full product lifecycle delivery to internal stakeholders and external OEM customers
• Drive P&L accountability for large-scale software delivery organizations
• Lead multicultural, multi-site software teams exceeding 1000+ talents globally
• Ensure integration of next-generation technologies including AI / ML, ADAS, Android-based systems, infotainment, chassis / body control software , and connected applications

Ideal Candidate :

• 15+ years in automotive embedded software with at least 5+ years in a global Director / VP-level role
• Proven experience leading multi-national software organizations and delivering at scale to OEMs
• Strong understanding of AI-driven applications , traditional embedded development, and software as a product
• Solid track record in building scalable, agile teams and shaping large software organizations
• P&L ownership and ability to collaborate with internal and external executive stakeholders
