We are looking for a skilled Configuration Specialist with extensive experience in the Icertis Contract Intelligence (ICI) platform, specifically focusing on the configuration, development, and support of the Icertis GovCon module. The successful candidate should possess practical knowledge in configuring Icertis workflows, security settings, master data, integrations, document templates, and GovCon-specific features including FAR/DFARS compliance, contract flow downs, government contract frameworks, and regulated approval processes. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in ICI platform administration
- Experience implementing or supporting Icertis GovCon functionality
- Experience working in government contracting or highly regulated environments
- Experience supporting enterprise SaaS platforms and integrations
- Experience configuring contract types, master data templates, clauses, business rules, workflows, and managing data processes to meet specific needs
- Experience with Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies
- Knowledge of contract lifecycle management processes and best practices
- Ability to collaborate and work closely with technical teams, functional stakeholders, end users, and solution leads to design and configure system functionality
- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business
- Icertis Administrator, Icertis Practitioner, and AI/ML Certifications
