WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

1. Planning and consulting for innovative new working environments
2. Analysis of working methods and activity structures
3. Planning and designing concepts
4. Support for change processes
5. Implementation and execution of new working environments
6. Preparation of presentations and cost estimates
7. Project management
8. Development and management of workshops
9. Comprehensive customer support and advice
10. Communication with customers, suppliers and trades
11. Interdisciplinary collaboration with other specialist areas (architecture/factory planning)
12. A motivated team that is constantly developing and working closely together

WHAT WE EXPECT

1. Completed studies in interior design, architecture or similar.
2. Several years of practical planning experience of new working environments (office planning), ideally with experience in the implementation of projects and construction supervision.
3. Good knowledge of CAD, (Revit an advantage), pCon.planner, SketchUp, and Enscape
4. Confident handling of MS Office, ideally experience with Adobe CS
5. Open, communicative interaction with customers and colleagues
6. Structured, independent and willing to learn working behavior
7. Ability to work under pressure in the project business
8. Interest in „New Work Consulting“ and change management
9. Design affinity and strengths in design
10. Willingness for personal and entrepreneurial development
