To complete our Quality and Logistics teams in the Precimed division, we are looking for a:Specialized Worker - TIG Welder (100%)Your main tasks and responsibilities:- Assemble components in accordance with work instructions and good practices- Perform TIG welding operations according to defined parameters- Perform grinding of welded parts and ensure finishing quality- Check and validate the first part, then ensure self-inspection of produced parts- Read and apply plans, work instructions, and quality requirements related to products- Ensure first-level maintenance of the machine and workstation according to the maintenance plan- Identify and communicate problems, deviations, or correction needs quickly- Respect safety rules, quality rules, and production standards in forceYour profile and skills:- You have completed training in TIG welding or possess equivalent professional experience- You demonstrate confirmed experience in a similar function in an industrial environment- You master the reading of plans and control methods related to your activity- You possess excellent manual dexterity and place great importance on the quality of work- You are willing to work in a 2x8 shift scheduleYou:- Language: fluent French, both oral and written- Precise, conscientious, and reliable, you strictly respect instructions and quality standards- You appreciate teamwork and contribute to a constructive atmosphereWorkplace:- Bienne (BE)Why join us?You contribute directly to the production of high-precision components intended for particularly demanding sectors.
