- Independent operation, setup, and programming of CNC milling machines based on technical drawings
- Precise execution of production orders in accordance with specified specifications
- Working on modern CNC machines with Heidenhain controls (including comprehensive training provided by the company)
- Ensuring and continuously monitoring product quality throughout the entire manufacturing process
- Responsibility for the timely completion of assigned orders
- Basic practical experience working with CNC machines (knowledge of Heidenhain controls is a plus)
- Ability to work independently, in an organized and flexible manner
- A strong willingness to learn and motivation to develop new skills
- Reliability and a strong team-oriented mindset
