Responsibilities

• Define and drive the global quality strategy for the Thermal Solutions Business Unit.
• Establish a unified quality framework across all international manufacturing sites and align them around shared quality objectives.
• Shape the future of the global quality organization by harmonising quality systems, processes and standards, building a scalable organization that supports international growth and integration of newly acquired sites.
• Drive the digital transformation of quality management processes by implementing modern Quality Management Systems (QMS) and data‑driven performance management tools, increasing transparency, efficiency and operational excellence.
• Manage global quality KPIs, lead cross‑functional continuous improvement initiatives and foster a culture of operational excellence across the entire organization, ensuring sustainable performance improvements.
• Work closely with manufacturing sites and cross‑functional teams in Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain and other business functions to establish globally aligned quality standards and successfully integrate new sites into the global quality framework.
• Ensure outstanding quality throughout the product lifecycle, enabling successful new product introductions, reducing scrap rates and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Quality Management, Operations, Engineering or a comparable field.
• Extensive leadership experience in global quality management within an international manufacturing environment and experience operating within a matrix organization.
• Proven track record of leading international transformation and standardization initiatives, developing global quality organizations.
• In‑depth knowledge of modern Quality Management Systems and Lean Management, complemented by strong analytical, strategic and systemic thinking.
• Empathetic and inspiring leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, capable of bringing people together and driving sustainable change across international organizations.
• Fluent in German and English; Italian or French language skills considered an advantage.
• Willingness to travel globally to collaborate closely with manufacturing sites and stakeholders worldwide.
