PLM Windchill Specialist (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Own and support the end-to-end PLM system lifecycle (development, configuration, and maintenance)
• Contribute to PLM upgrade initiatives (e.g., Windchill version upgrades)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into PLM solutions
• Configure and customize PLM workflows, lifecycles, and data models
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners for implementation and issue resolution
• Ensure system stability, performance, and data integrity
• Support integrations with ERP and other enterprise systems
• Provide user support, training, and documentation

Your Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience

• 5-7 years of experience in PLM domain
• Hands-on experience with PTC Windchill cloud hosting (preferred)
• Strong understanding of PLM concepts: BOM, Change Management, CAD integrations
• Experience with system upgrades, migration, or cloud transformation is a plus
• Basic knowledge of Java, XML, or scripting (for customization)
• Familiarity with database systems (Oracle preferred)
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with NX, Inventor, SW, Montor graphics, or other CAD integrations
• Understanding of digital thread / digital twin concepts
• Experience working in global teams

Soft Skills

• Strong communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and drive topics
• Structured thinking with a problem-solving mindset
