TLNT1_CH Main Tasks Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the Reservations Team. Manage individual and group reservations across all distribution channels. Ensure accurate processing, modification, and cancellation of bookings. Monitor room inventory and availability to optimize occupancy and revenue. Support the implementation of pricing and revenue management strategies. Handle guest inquiries and reservation requests professionally and efficiently. Maintain strong communication with Front Office, Sales, Revenue, and Housekeeping departments. Resolve guest concerns and booking discrepancies in a timely manner. Prepare and analyze reservation reports, forecasts, and performance statistics. Train, coach, and support team members to ensure consistent service excellence. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards. Monitor online booking platforms and maintain accurate rate and inventory distribution.
