Join our Revenue team Michel Reybier Hospitality is looking for a talented and commercially minded Cluster Revenue Analyst to support the revenue performance of our exceptional hotel portfolio in Zermatt. Ideally based in Zermatt , at the heart of our hotel operations, the position may also be based in Zurich for the right candidate.
This is an exciting opportunity for an analytical hospitality professional who enjoys turning data into commercial insights and wants to contribute directly to pricing, forecasting, distribution and revenue strategy across a multi-property luxury hotel environment. Your mission As Cluster Revenue Analyst, you will contribute to maximizing rooms revenue, profitability and market share across the MRH Zermatt hotel portfolio.
Working closely with Revenue Management, Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Hotel Operations, you will analyse business performance, market trends and demand patterns and translate these insights into clear commercial recommendations. You will play an active role in supporting both day-to-day revenue decisions and the longer-term commercial strategy of our hotels. Your key responsibilities In this role, you will: Support and implement short-, medium- and long-term revenue strategies across the assigned hotels.
Analyse demand, booking pace, pick-up, occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, revenue and market share performance. Monitor competitor pricing, market trends and changing demand patterns. Optimize pricing, inventory and restrictions to maximize revenue and profitability. Identify revenue opportunities, potential risks and areas requiring corrective action. Prepare regular forecasts, demand analyses and revenue performance reports. Support the annual budgeting and business planning processes. Monitor actual performance against forecasts and budgets.
Analyse transient, group, wholesale and corporate business segments. Support the optimization of direct and indirect distribution channels. Monitor production across OTAs, GDS, wholesale and direct channels. Work with Duetto RMS , Protel PMS , STR and Lighthouse to support revenue analysis, market intelligence and competitive positioning.
Ensure a high level of data accuracy and integrity across revenue management and reporting systems. Present findings and recommendations clearly to operational and management teams. Collaborate closely with the Distribution team and the wider commercial organization.
