- Handling check-in and check-out for late arrivals and early departures.
- Providing guest services throughout the night in accordance with ISO quality management standards.
- Conducting nightly audit processes, including reconciling transactions and balancing accounts.
- Verifying and posting charges, such as room rates and service charges.
- Generating financial reports and statements for management review.
- Posting daily sales and closing entries.
- Preparing and reviewing guest bills, checking and filing guest checks.
- Handling guest complaints or issues to ensure a satisfactory resolution.
- Operating the telephone switchboard and performing basic administrative tasks.
- Performing general cleaning duties.
- Ensuring peace and order throughout the hotel, including regular patrols of the premises.
