IT Manager | Data Centre & Technology Infrastructure
We’re seeking an experienced IT Manager to lead and develop the corporate IT environment for a growing, technology-driven organisation in the data centre sector.
This is a strategic and hands-on leadership role, responsible for building a secure, scalable and future-ready IT infrastructure while supporting business growth and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the company-wide IT strategy and technology roadmap.
- Oversee IT infrastructure, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, networks and end-user systems.
- Drive cybersecurity, IT governance, access management and disaster recovery.
- Lead IT projects, system integration and digitalisation initiatives.
- Manage IT budgets, external service providers, software licensing and procurement.
- Advise senior leadership on technology investments, risks and opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Broad corporate IT leadership experience, combining strategy with hands‑on delivery.
- Strong Microsoft 365, cloud, networking, identity and endpoint knowledge.
- Experience managing IT providers, budgets, licences and service delivery.
- Good understanding of information security, data protection and disaster recovery.
- Excellent German and English.
- Experience in data centres, infrastructure, construction, energy or real estate.
