Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and expand a portfolio of OEM and EMS customers across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the independent distribution channel.
- Provide strategic sourcing solutions, particularly during component shortages and allocation.
- Work closely with internal sourcing and logistics teams to deliver exceptional service to customers.
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and gross profit objectives.
- Travel to customer sites and trade events as needed (approx. 20–30%).
Required Experience:
- Current experience in independent distribution of electronic components (mandatory).
- Strong existing network of contacts in the DACH electronics manufacturing market.
- Proven success in managing large accounts and closing high-value deals.
- Deep understanding of supply chain dynamics, shortages, and component lifecycles.
- Fluent in German and English .
