The ideal candidate will ensure our operational infrastructure is scalable, resilient and compliant with regulatory requirements and capable of meeting growth, service and cost management objectives. /ph3Your responsibilities /h3ulliSupport operational services, processes, and controls across Facilities, Procurement, Business Continuity, and Property Services. /liliDrive service excellence through effective governance, controls, and continuous process improvements. /liliDevelop a strong understanding of end-to-end insurance and support function processes. /liliLead the development and ongoing enhancement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework. /liliIdentify and manage critical processes, suppliers, applications, and operational resilience risks. /liliPartner with IT to strengthen application resilience and recovery capabilities. /liliLead business continuity testing, recovery planning, and resilience exercises. /liliEnsure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. /liliPromote BCM and Crisis Management awareness through training and stakeholder engagement. /liliProvide support during business continuity incidents and crisis management events. /li /ulh3Your profile /h3ulli10+ years of professional experience, including experience driving change and process improvements in growing organisations. /lili10+ years of professional experience, preferably within insurance or financial services. /liliProven experience driving change, improving processes, and leading cross-functional projects. /liliStrong knowledge of insurance operations, operational risk, business continuity, and regulatory requirements. /liliExperience in business continuity planning, testing, and operational resilience. /liliStrong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and implement practical solutions. /liliExperience developing resilience strategies for critical business applications and services. /liliExcellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills. /liliFluent in English and German. /li /ulh3Make your mark with us /h3pAt MS Reinsurance, we’re big enough to make a difference and small enough that everyone counts.
