About the role
We are seeking a talented individual to enhance our operational capabilities, with a focus on business continuity, services, processes and controls, to support a rapidly growing standalone organisation within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will ensure our operational infrastructure is scalable, resilient and compliant with regulatory requirements and capable of meeting growth, service and cost management objectives.
Your responsibilities
- Support operational services, processes, and controls across Facilities, Procurement, Business Continuity, and Property Services.
- Drive service excellence through effective governance, controls, and continuous process improvements.
- Lead the development and ongoing enhancement of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) Framework.
- Identify and manage critical processes, suppliers, applications, and operational resilience risks.
- Lead business continuity testing, recovery planning, and resilience exercises.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Promote BCM and Crisis Management awareness through training and stakeholder engagement.
- Provide support during business continuity incidents and crisis management events.
- Proven experience driving change, improving processes, and leading cross-functional projects.
- Strong knowledge of insurance operations, operational risk, business continuity, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience in business continuity planning, testing, and operational resilience.
- Experience developing resilience strategies for critical business applications and services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Fluent in English and German.
