Job Description Summary We are seeking a talented, motivated, and flexible individual to support the Women’s Health Ultrasound team as a Clinical Product Management Trainee.
You will play a crucial role in the clinical development of our ultrasound product solutions, supporting clinical evaluations at customer sites, representing the voice of the customer, and acting as a strong liaison between regional and engineering teams.
This 2‑year program will provide deep insights into the NPI (New Product Introduction) development process for ultrasound products within obstetrics and gynecology.
Key Responsibilities You help define, design, and continuously refine products and services to better meet customer needs.
You act as a strong clinical voice in product discussions, ensuring global market needs and trends are reflected in decision-making.
You gather clinical feedback from customers and regional teams.
You translate and communicate clinical insights to Product Management and R German is a plus.
You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills that enable you to collaborate effectively across teams.
You have experience working in a clinical environment.
You are a team player who thrives in collaborative, cross‑functional settings.
You are well organized, manage your time effectively, and communicate clearly in presentations and discussions.
You are a self‑starter with a proactive, can‑do mindset.
Ideally, you have prior experience in clinical product management, engineering support, or customer relationship management.
Salary In Austria, we are required to state the minimum salary.
For this position, the annual salary starts at €50,000.
The actual salary will be discussed individually based on qualifications and experience.
