Production Manager

Responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring production processes to ensure efficient and timely manufacturing.
• Coordinating with the purchasing, logistics, and quality assurance departments to optimize production workflows.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards.
• Monitoring and improving product quality and production costs.
• Leading, motivating, and developing the production team.
• Implementing and overseeing lean management and continuous improvement processes.
• Preparing and managing production budgets and reports.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering, production technology, logistics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of experience in a managerial position in production, ideally in the manufacturing industry.
• In-depth knowledge of production planning and control as well as lean management methods. A Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is not a must but would be beneficial.
• Project management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• High problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge in the areas of occupational safety and quality management.
• Fluent in English (reading/writing).
• Hands-on mentality.
• Ability to analyze data with Excel and PowerBI and present to the team, peers, and management.
