Working closely with Talent Acquisition colleagues, HR Business Partners and hiring managers, you will translate business needs into focused sourcing strategies, identify and engage relevant talent, and build qualified pipelines for current and future hiring requirements. /ppThis is a hands‑on, market‑facing role for someone who enjoys understanding the business, conducting proactive searches and creating momentum across multiple assignments. The portfolio may include corporate, operational, specialist, management and selected senior leadership positions across different brands, functions and geographies. /ppWhat matters most is your ability to source proactively, communicate credibly with candidates and stakeholders, work with pace and take ownership of your delivery. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliPartner with hiring managers and HR team to understand staffing needs and role requirements. /liliSource, screen, interview and assess candidates using a variety of channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, talent pools and direct search methodologies. /liliManage the full recruitment lifecycle across assigned functions, from role briefing and sourcing strategy definition through candidate selection, offer and onboarding handover. /liliMaintain accurate candidate records, recruitment activity and reporting within the ATS, ensuring data integrity and compliance. /liliDeliver a best-in‑class candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, timely feedback and a professional representation of the MSC Cruises employer brand. /liliCollaborate with internal teams to support employer branding initiatives and strengthen MSC Cruises' presence in the talent market. /liliStay up to date on hiring trends, AI and market intelligence, labor market conditions, and hiring best practices. /li /ulh3Your Journey so far /h3ulli5 years of experience in agency recruitment, talent sourcing, talent research, talent acquisition, or executive search. /liliA proven ability to identify, approach and qualify for passive candidates, including hard‑to‑fill positions. /liliBusiness curiosity and the ability to understand a position beyond its job description, including its purpose, operating context, stakeholders, and expected impact. /liliDemonstrated the ability to manage multiple recruitment projects while maintaining attention to details and quality in delivery. /liliProven track record of implementing effective sourcing strategies and building strong relationships with HR partners and hiring managers. /liliStrong candidate engagement skills and the ability to communicate opportunities in a clear, credible, and compelling manner. /li /ulh3Your Essentials /h3ulliFull professional fluency in English is mandatory. French or Italian would be an advantage. /liliPractical experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an Applicant Tracking System or recruitment CRM.
