With a presence in more than 90 countries, MEDLOG guarantees tailored, door-to-door solutions as well as large, off-dock storage facilities supported by expert teams. /p h3About the Role /h3 pIn a context of company growth, we are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Coldstore Operational Manager. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liPlanning and coordinating daily activities to ensure seamless and effective operations. /li liDefining key operational KPIs and objectives, monitoring progress to meet budget targets. /li liProviding ongoing support for projects and day-to-day operations. /li liConducting research on costs and pricing and performing service price profitability and sensitivity analysis. /li liEnsuring compliance with food safety regulations, health codes, and industrial refrigeration standards. /li liManaging inventory, cost control, and planning. /li liUtilizing warehouse management systems and temperature tracking technologies. /li liLeading and managing teams and making decisions focused on continuous improvement and operational efficiency. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul li8+ years of experience in the cold storage industry. /li liIndependent, goal-oriented personality with strong problem-solving skills. /li liTeam player with strong interaction skills with sites and their agencies. /li liExperience in PL management and logistics. /li liProficiency in data analysis tools and an excellent English proficiency, both written and spoken. /li liKnowledge of market dynamics and reefer trades is a plus. /li liAbility to work under pressure, adapt to rapid changes, and handle unexpected situations. /li liCustomer service-oriented with a focus on providing excellent service. /li liPermanent/full time.
