Then come work with us and bepart of MSC’s family! /p h3THE ROLE /h3 pToday, MSC is looking for an Internal Auditor, who willconduct performance, operational, financial and compliance audit identifyingrisks and proposing remedial actions. He/She will work with severalstakeholders across the business (both at HQ and within local entities) toensure the highest professional standards are applied and service levels aremet. /p pThe Internal Audit assignment objectives: review and provideadvice on the adequacy and effectiveness of the control environment of MSCEntities business process in accordance with the requirement of Group Businessowners and objectives. /p h3YOUR IMPACT /h3 pUpon instructions from the Senior Auditor and/or theRegional Manager, the Internal Auditor will: /p ul liPerformthe necessary preparation tasks for information gathering, analyzing, anddefining the internal audit action plan for Execution. /li liParticipateto the preparation of audit mission’s pre-audit risk assessment andreporting to Internal Audit management. /li liPerformfieldwork (on-site or remote audit assignments) on assigned areas ofintervention. /li liApplyinternal audit work programs, following international audit standards(interviews, walkthrough, audit testing). /li liProvideimpactful and value-added remedial actions to stakeholders (businessowners). As internal auditor, you will participate to presenting,discussing, and agreeing on audit findings / issues with auditees. /li liParticipateto the drafting of audit deliverables and reporting to HQ and MSC entitiesstakeholders; reflecting audit results and areas of improvement. /li liUsededicated Internal Audit follow-up tool to monitor MSC Entities Managementaction plan in regard to remedial actions recommended. /li liProactively liaise with HQ Business Owners for support in the closure of managementactions. /li liApplyInternal Audit standards for internal audit follow-up tasks. /li liContributeon continuous development of Internal Audit methodology and work programs,identifying emerging risks, gaps in audit controls or leveraging newdevelopments. /li liPerformad-hoc internal audit projects, as assigned by Internal Audit managementand provide support to any team/function as needed and requested. /li /ul h3YOUR BACKGROUND /h3 ul liMaster’sdegree with a focus on Auditing, Corporate Finance, or BusinessManagement. /li liStrongknowledge of the shipping industry is preferred. /li liMinimumof 3 years of experience as an Internal Auditor (B2B) in a globalenvironment, ideally combined with prior experience in external audit. /li liProficiencyin written and spoken English; additional languages are advantageous. /li liAdvancedExcel skills with the ability to handle large datasets and compiledetailed reports. /li liExceptionalattention to detail and analytical skills. /li liThoroughunderstanding of auditing standards and procedures. /li liDemonstratedprofessionalism, integrity, and confidentiality. /li liStrongteam player with the ability to work independently and under pressure. /li liExcellentcommunication skills, including interactions with management. /li liAdvancedproficiency in MS Office, ERP systems (such as SAP), and databases. /li /ul h3CONTRACT DETAILS /h3 ul liBasedin Geneva. /li liFulltime. /li liPermanentcontract. /li liStartingASAP. /li liAbilityand willingness to travel internationally at an extensive level (~40%). /li liEUcitizenship or valid Swiss work permit (B-C) is required. /li /ul pMSC provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or genetics. /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
