Present in b155 countries /b and headquartered in bGeneva /b, MSC operates one of the world’s most complex and mission‑critical logistics ecosystems. /p pWithin this environment, bMSC Technology /b plays a central role: enabling growth, industrialising IT practices, and ensuring the reliability of systems that operate at global, enterprise scale. /p pWe are now looking for an bIT Test Governance Manager /b to lead quality governance across our IT landscape and shape the future of testing standards at corporate level. /p pThis is a bsenior role /b, positioned at the intersection of bstrategy, governance, and execution /b. /p pYou will operate within a blarge, structured and mature Test community /b of more than b200 testing professionals across 5 countries /b, supporting a wide portfolio of applications delivered through both bAgile and Waterfall /b models. /p pReporting to senior IT leadership, you will have bdirect exposure to IT Executives /b and the mandate to bdefine, govern and continuously evolve global testing standards /b across MSC Technology, influencing how quality is designed, measured and sustained at enterprise scale. /p h3Your will: /h3 ul liLead and actively shape bTest Governance /b across MSC Technology /li liDefine and drive the bglobal Test Strategy /b, ensuring consistency, efficiency and reliability of releases /li liAct as a quality partner to IT leadership, enabling informed, risk‑based decisions /li liElevate testing maturity across regions through standards, tooling, metrics and coaching /li /ul pYour work will directly contribute to the bstability, robustness and sustainability /b of MSC’s enterprise systems. /p h3Some of your key Responsibilities /h3 h3Test Governance Strategic Quality Leadership /h3 ul liDefine, implement and maintain the bglobal Test Strategy /b (scope, objectives, risks, automation, resources) /li liStandardise testing processes and methodologies, aligned with the bAgile Testing Quadrants /b /li liGovern the btesting toolset /b, ensuring consistency, efficiency and continuous technology evolution /li liEstablish and monitor benterprise quality metrics /b (coverage, defect trends, severity, resolution time, compliance) /li liLead governance communication, including Test Governance forums and bexecutive‑level /b /li /ul h3Reporting /h3 h3Testing Operations Oversight /h3 ul liEnsure adoption of standards across test design, environments, data management and traceability /li liGovern defect triage, prioritisation, resolution and validation processes /li liOversee re‑testing and regression strategies to safeguard release quality /li liCoach and mentor bTest Managers and Test Team Leaders /b, strengthening maturity and leadership capability /li liSupport critical test campaigns and high‑impact releases when required /li /ul h3About You : /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Quality Assurance /li lib10+ years /b of experience in software testing, including b5+ years in leadership roles /b /li liDeep expertise in testing methodologies and frameworks (ISTQB, Agile Testing, Automation, Performance) /li liSolid experience with bCI/CD environments /b (e.g. Azure DevOps, Git) /li liTest automation expertise (Selenium, Playwright, WinAppDriver, Postman) /li liPerformance and load testing experience (JMeter, Postman) /li liStrong understanding of modern software architectures (web, mobile, APIs) /li liProven ability to operate in bmulticultural, international and offshore environments /b /li /ul pOccasional travel up to 30% /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
