THE ROLE Act as Senior Risk Analyst within the Risk Management Department and support the implementation and execution of the enterprise risk management strategy and framework, strengthening the governance of the Company.
In this role, you will provide advanced risk analysis, monitoring, and reporting, support remediation initiatives, and contribute to maintaining a strong internal control environment to help minimize risks and protect the Company’s interests.
You will assist in the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring their effective application across the organization.
You will work to foster the standardization and consistency of business processes and internal controls across MSC Cargo entities and the Agency network.
YOUR IMPACT Monitoring, Research familiarity with risk tools and control environments.
Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, executive level insights.
High attention to detail, structured thinking, and strong ownership mindset.
Comfortable operating in a cross functional, international environment.
Demonstrate adaptability to change and evolving environment and projects.
Language skills - perfect command of spoken and written English (French and/or Italian is a plus).
IT skills - strong and very good working knowledge of MS Office (in particular PPT presentations).
Self-resilient, capable of multitasking and high capacity to manage stress.
Self-starter, quick learner and proven ability to work with a limited level of supervision.
