In a context of company growth, combined with increasing business requirements for HSE performance and corporate sustainability reporting, we are now looking for a dynamic and passionate Sustainability & HSE Specialist.
YOUR IMPACT
This role will support the MEDLOG Global Sustainability & HSE Manager in implementing the company’s sustainability and HSE agenda, based on business material topics and priorities, with a focus on:
- Managing the environmental footprint.
- Monitoring Health & Safety performance.
- Coordinating the reporting process across MEDLOG entities.
- Delivering operational and practical guidance to operational entities.
- Checking the implementation of company requirements by operational entities.
- Developing and delivering global guidelines to harmonize HSE practices across the business and improve global performance.
- Organizing and ensuring timely HSE performance reports.
- Improving and structuring sustainability reporting and data consolidation across MEDLOG entities.
- Strengthening and nurturing the global network of MEDLOG entities operating across the world.
YOUR BACKGROUND
- Master’s degree in HSE or an Engineering degree in HSE management, Sustainability.
- First experience (3-5 years) in HSE management and HSE performance monitoring in a global company (preferably in the logistics sector).
- Knowledge and experience in sustainability reporting processes, and associated regulations and standards in a global company.
- Management of Health & Safety risks and Environmental impacts.
- Data analytics.
- Internal policies and procedures.
- Internal reporting.
- Attention to detail.
- Perfect command of English, both written and spoken (Spanish is a big plus).
