Overview
In this Finance Manager role, you will partner with operational and commercial teams to steer strategic initiatives and improve profitability. You will conduct transversal financial analysis across business areas to identify risks and opportunities, supporting management with clear, actionable insights. You will lead forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting to align objectives with international operations. - Act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial teams, contributing financial expertise to strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Perform transversal financial analysis across multiple business areas to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare, review and present financial reports to management with clear metrics and drivers.
- Support forecasting and variance analysis processes in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Monitor financial results, working capital, and cost management initiatives across the organisation.
- Drive process improvements and implement best practices in financial management within the shipping division.
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) preferred.
- 10 years’ experience in a finance manager role, ideally in shipping, logistics, or maritime industry.
- Strong business partnering and cross-functional financial analysis experience.
- Advanced analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
