Overview
As Financial Controller, you will support MSC Cargo’s financial discipline within Group Controlling, partnering with business units to drive value. You influence strategy through deep-dive analysis and cross-functional collaboration, while contributing to a finance transformation that raises management information quality. Based in Geneva, you interact in an international environment and oversee financial insight across assigned countries. This role offers a chance to shape working capital, cost optimization, and reporting processes for a global shipping group.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Improve working capital management
- Analyze revenue and cost optimization opportunities
- Perform cost control activities
- Assist the Regional CFO with daily management and country visits
- Review Forex exposure
- Review weekly/monthly financial reporting
- Lead ad hoc global analyses with regional teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- Master in Finance or Economics
- Minimum 5 years in finance, audits, controlling, FP&A or equivalent
- Shipping or logistics experience mandatory
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of SAP
