Overview
In this role you enable seamless digital integration between MSC and external customers, focusing on high-volume data exchanges and timely, accurate delivery. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into actionable requirements and guide value-driven delivery. Expect to shape integration projects, drive clear governance, and support adoption through training and documentation. You will operate in a fast-paced, global environment, leveraging your BA expertise to reduce ambiguity and deliver measurable impact.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Partner with customers to integrate their systems with MSC
- Gather and translate business and user needs into actionable requirements for development teams
- Define and refine user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria; break features into incremental deliverables
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, testers, and UX designers to ensure shared understanding
- Support test case definition and participate in UAT to ensure solutions meet expectations
- Contribute to training materials, user guides, and onboarding documentation
- Maintain clear communication with leadership on progress, risks, and decisions; facilitate reviews and critical alignment
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in cross-functional Agile IT teams
- Proven stakeholder management, requirements prioritization, and value-driven delivery
- Hands-on experience with integration technologies: EDI (EDIFACT/X12), API/JSON, XML
- Background in shipping, logistics, or supply chain is an advantage
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with structured documentation
- Strong intercultural awareness and experience with globally distributed teams; willingness to travel up to 2 trips to India/year and occasional travel to Italy
- BA principles foundational; CBAP or PMI-PBA are a strong plus
- Excellent English communication, both written and verbal
