Legal Entity Management Officer in Genève

Overview

In this role you will manage and harmonize legal entity data across MSC Group entities, ensuring accurate UBO and KYC responses and timely updates to national registers. You will coordinate with internal divisions and external counterparts to implement corporate procedures and maintain robust record systems. You will monitor regulatory changes and maintain secure handling of confidential information to support governance and compliance. This position offers a hands-on role in shaping entity data governance within a global shipping group.

Verantwortungsbereiche

• Answer UBO and KYC requests from obliged entities and financial institutions regarding Group entities
• Maintain and track declarations and processes in country-specific UBO registers and GST records
• Document declaration types, country-specific processes, and contacts for efficient handling
• Respond to UBO/KYC requests from banks and financial institutions and keep GST records updated
• Liaise with internal and external counterparts to implement and follow Group procedures
• Utilize IT tools to keep accurate records of Group shareholdings and corporate data
• Ensure data accuracy and timely updates in the system
• Stay updated on regulatory and statutory changes affecting the organization
