EEMEA Strategy Realization Lead
We are currently seeking an exceptional EEMEA Strategy Realization Lead to help shape regional priorities and translate strategy into measurable business impact across one of the company’s most dynamic and diverse regions. This high‑visibility leadership role reports as Chief of Staff to the Regional President, EEMEA, and partners closely with the Head of Strategy & Commercial Operations, EEMEA. Responsibilities
Strategy & Growth Agenda
Partner with the Regional President, Head of Strategy & Commercial Operations, and the Leadership Team to shape and continuously refine the EEMEA strategic agenda. Translate strategic priorities into clear action plans, milestones, and measurable outcomes. Identify growth opportunities, risks, and cross‑market levers to accelerate performance.
Strategy Execution & Operating Rhythm
Drive disciplined execution of regional priorities through strong governance, quarterly business reviews, scorecards, OKRs, and follow‑through. Ensure the right sponsorship, resources, and accountability are in place. Track progress and proactively escalate barriers to delivery.
Chief of Staff to the Regional President
Serve as a trusted thought partner on priorities, decisions, messaging, and stakeholder management. Prepare the President for key internal and external engagements, represent the President in selected forums as delegated, and coordinate and participate in country reviews/visits with the Leadership Team. Develop appropriate visuals for Leadership Team meetings and HQ visits.
Leadership Team Effectiveness
Shape impactful Leadership Team agendas focused on decisions, priorities, and action. Ensure discussions lead to clarity, alignment, and accountability. Capture actions and drive follow‑up at pace.
Strategic Projects
Lead or coordinate high‑priority regional initiatives requiring cross‑functional leadership. Act as a connector and catalyst across markets, functions, and global stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
5+ years of strong commercial / business leadership experience. Proven track record of strategy execution and getting things done. Strong business acumen and enterprise mindset. Outstanding communication and stakeholder influence skills. Ability to operate in ambiguity with pace and maturity. Highly analytical with strong judgment. Executive presence and credibility with senior leaders. Willingness to travel (~60%). Open to relocation to Lucerne, Switzerland. Required Skills
