h3Job Description /h3 h3Associate Direct Global Supply Chain Management Business Processes /h3 h3Summary Of Position /h3 pThe Associate Director SCM business processes will be part of a small team under the Lucerne planning Hub that leads key business processes for SCM and Manufacturing Operations. Business processes include Global Inventory, IQV, LROP, and Production Plan development for financial forecast and budget purposes. /p h3Major Activities And Responsibilities /h3 ul liServing as SME for relevant processes as well as leading training and on-boarding meetings. /li liEstablishing timelines and communicating key activities to stakeholders. /li liResponsible for generating reports, analyzing data and presenting to senior management. /li liWorking closely with the E2E planners and Product Leaders as well as GLP planners to ensure successful execution of business processes. /li liMaintaining, developing, and enhancing IT infrastructure to run the respective business processes. /li liWorking closely with various Financial Services departments including COSI, FPA and Treasury to ensure timely delivery of deliverables. /li liProviding support for a number of other processes, including IRL, Qlik reporting, KPI Reporting tool and master data. /li liAnalyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. /li liIdentify opportunities for process automation and efficiency gains within the supply chain. /li liCollaborating closely with digital support groups to develop and implement process improvements and system design changes. /li /ul h3Background Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in supply chain management, business administration, logistics, engineering or computer science or a related field. /li liMinimum of 6 years of working experience in supply chain management. Proven project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time. /li liProven experience in supply chain data analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment. /li liDemonstrate mastery of Kinaxis Rapid Response scenario planning platform. /li liExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) in English, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels including cross-functionally. /li liDetail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and data integrity. /li liComprehensive understanding of company product lines and supply chains (physical and financial). /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing competing priorities and adapting to change. /li /ul h3Required Capabilities (Skills, Competencies) /h3 ul liSolid understanding of supply chain planning principles, including supply network planning and inventory management. /li liBusiness acumen and strategic thinking abilities to align supply chain operations with overall business objectives. /li liSupport strategic decision-making by providing data-driven insights and recommendations. /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, plus the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. /li liSkillful in creating graphs, pivot tables, pivot charts, and creating advanced functions in support of data analysis. /li liDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn SQL coding for data manipulation and analysis. /li liDemonstrated ability and willingness to learn new information platforms as dictated by the needs of the business. /li /ul pThe salary range for the additional location (US) of this role is /p p{ $129,000.00 - $203,100.00} /p pThis range reflects the Company's reasonable expectation of the base salary applicable to this role at the time of posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, government requirements, and business or organizational needs.
