The position is located within the D-A-CH logistics team, which is responsible for logistics, distribution, and transport of various product groups such as finished pharmaceuticals, printing and advertising material, as well as folding stands and roll-ups.

The position holder supports the logistics team in day-to-day operations and in cooperation with the 3PLs, external warehouse service providers, customs brokers, and various internal business units. It is possible to work partially from home.

Responsibilities:

Processing of the advertising material area (webshop, complaints, track & trace, returns)
Preparation of monthly and quarterly reports
Maintaining overviews and key figures
Create, monitor, and control purchase orders for services
Carrying out regular transport evaluations
Digital archiving of GDP-relevant documents
Representation for inbound and outbound specialists
Instruction and control of exterminations
Processing of the returns list

Your profile:

Completed commercial training with several years of professional experience in the field of logistics or freight forwarding
Ability to work in a team, strong communication skills, and a high degree of personal responsibility
Understanding of systems and processes
Confident handling of MS Office applications and SAP in the area of D&L
Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
