(Senior) Manager Capital Markets Compliance (m / w / d)

As a global leader in automotive innovation, this OEM manufacturer is seeking a Director of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering to lead the integration of cutting-edge manufacturing processes and technologies. This position will drive efficiency and innovation across global operations, ensuring world-class production standards for the company’s renowned vehicle portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement advanced manufacturing strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance scalability.
2. Integrate emerging technologies such as automation, robotics, and Industry 4.0 into global production facilities.
3. Collaborate with product design and R&D teams to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness of new designs.
4. Oversee process standardization and optimization across all manufacturing sites.
5. Ensure adherence to German engineering and quality standards as well as global compliance regulations.
6. Lead and develop a high-performing team of engineers and technical experts.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
2. 10 years of experience in advanced manufacturing engineering with a minimum of 5 years in a major OEM or equivalent environment.
3. Proven success in implementing advanced technologies in manufacturing.
4. Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to foster cross-functional collaboration.
