Foreman final assembly in mechanical engineering (m/f/d) Germany (Kleve)

Your tasks

• You will be responsible for the technical management of our production/final assembly.
• You will be responsible for production planning and control, personnel and budget planning.
• You will manage cross-departmental processes and deadlines and coordinate the optimal use of resources in the various projects.
• You will monitor all processes and projects in final assembly in compliance with the specified cost and quality standards.
• You are committed to the continuous improvement and further development of production workflows and processes.
• You will ensure compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental protection regulations.
• You will be responsible for documenting processes and workflows and creating assembly documentation.

Your profile

• Completed vocational training as an industrial foreman (m/f/d), master metalworker (m/f/d), electrical engineer (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d), production foreman (m/f/d), or mechanical engineer (m/f/d), or a degree in engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering, production technology or industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Management experience in the production environment in (special) mechanical engineering, high social competence and the ability to inspire and move people.
• A confident manner, assertiveness and the ability to work in a team.
• Very good German and good English skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and an ERP system.
