Software Product Manager EMSY (m/f/d) Germany (Kleve)

Your tasks

• In close collaboration with Executive Management, Sales and IT, you shape a well-thought-out product vision and strategy to drive the positioning and sustainable growth of our EMSY software family.
• As the key contact between software development and internal departments, you ensure efficient communication and seamless collaboration.
• Your focus is on further developing our product vision by creating solutions that deliver real value to our customers.
• You gain a deep understanding of our customers\‘ needs to develop innovative and value-adding software solutions.
• By analyzing the market and competitive landscape in cooperation with our marketing and technical departments, you identify opportunities and strategically leverage them to optimally position our product.

Your profile

• Experience in product management, ideally in software, connectivity, IoT, or a similar industrial environment.
• Ability to break down long-term visions and strategies into concrete milestones without losing sight of the bigger picture.
• Strong communication skills to effectively connect sales, technical, and service departments, inspire them toward common goals, and collaborate with international, interdisciplinary teams.
• Passion and determination to turn innovative customer visions into successful solutions while ensuring maximum value creation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with ERP systems.
• Basic programming knowledge (ideally C#).
• Good German and English skills.
