Introduction
We are looking for you for our location in Germany (Kleve) as Technical Administrator - Service (m/f/d).
Your tasks:
- Technical offer preparation for overhauls, repairs and extensions of existing machines.
- Development of solutions for customer inquiries in coordination with our international design departments.
- Technical elaboration of spare parts requests and orders.
- Technical advice of the field service.
- Occasional situation assessment at our customers' site.
Your profile:
- Successfully completed training as a mechatronics specialist or comparable qualification with commercial skills.
- Commercial qualification with technical apprenticeship.
- Confident in interacting and communicating with business customers / Experience in interacting and communication with our business customers.
- Good in English or willingness to acquire language skills through self-commitment.
- Confident working with common MS Office applications (Word, Excel), first experience in working with an ERP system.
