Construction Manager (80–100%) As a multidisciplinary office, we support our projects from the initial sketch through to completion.
To strengthen our team for the management of large-scale public projects, we are looking for abr/br/construction manager .
Your responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction sites, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
Ensure the technical and administrative follow-up of projects.
Prepare measurements and bids.
Participate in site meetings and draft minutes.
Ensure compliance with current standards and regulations.
Manage unforeseen events and propose appropriate solutions.
Your profile HES, EPF diploma or equivalent training preferred.
Proven experience in construction management, ideally in Switzerland.
Excellent knowledge of Swiss construction standards and administrative procedures.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with autonomy and rigour.
Proficient in MS Office, Auto CAD and MS Project; knowledge of Messerli is an advantage.
Organisational skills, team spirit and adaptability.
Excellent command of French, both spoken and written.
