Overview
In this role you ensure the smooth flow of automotive parts across the supply chain, overseeing inventory, coordinating suppliers and logistics partners, and supporting dealer operations. You’ll monitor service levels and drive process improvements within a collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will help resolve delivery and quality issues and back warranty and service campaigns. This position offers the chance to shape parts logistics at a global automotive solutions provider.
Verantwortungsbereiche
- Manage parts orders and coordinate deliveries with suppliers and logistics providers
- Monitor inventory levels, replenishment, and parts availability
- Track logistics KPIs and support process improvements
- Resolve delivery, inventory, and quality issues
- Support warranty repairs, recalls, and service campaigns
- Collaborate with Service, Warranty, Technical, Quality, Sales, and Finance teams
Zentrale Anforderungen
- 3+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or automotive parts operations
- Strong understanding of inventory management and distribution processes
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP preferred)
- Advanced Excel skills; Power BI is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Automotive industry experience preferred
