Your tasks:
- Support in the preparation of offers for international tenders
- Preparation of tender-specific documents
- Independent correspondence with authorities for the procurement of administrative documents or their legalization
- Organization and coordination of required translation tasks together with internal and external translation resources
- Selection and negotiation of new, external translation resources
Your profile:
- Completed commercial vocational training or training as a foreign language correspondent
- Confident handling of MS Office applications
- Very good written and spoken English skills
- Good knowledge of another foreign language is an advantage
- Flexible and committed response to changing priorities and tasks
- Strong communication skills, a friendly and confident manner and an independent way of working
