Oracle Data Base Engineer (m/f/d)

We are looking for an Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) with WebLogic to join our team. The DBA will be responsible for system analysis, design, database development, and implementation based on business needs. Responsibilities include requirements analysis, full lifecycle development of server and client software, unit testing, documentation, and interpreting project requirements to implement databases according to client specifications.

The DBA should demonstrate the ability to interface effectively with various levels of technical personnel and web portal users.

Your tasks:

1. Participate in client/project meetings for complex project definition, needs assessment, and design review. Evaluate user needs and provide technical expertise in developing technical, structural, and organizational specifications.
2. Determine the appropriateness of data for storage and optimize storage organization.
3. Create, document, and implement standards and complex models to monitor and enhance database capacity and performance. Code complex programs and develop logical processes on technical platforms.
4. Perform complex analyses and review applications before release into production.
5. Develop and oversee the implementation of test application code in client-server environments to ensure software compliance with build management practices.
6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and tools relevant to the field.
7. Prepare recommendations and presentations for supervisors.
8. Provide leadership and guidance to less experienced personnel.

Your profile:

1. Experience maintaining distributed Oracle Database Systems.
2. Experience in all aspects of Oracle implementation.
3. Minimum of three (3) years supporting Oracle databases.
