Electronic Engineering Team Lead (m/f/d) in Roding

Your tasks:

• Technical and managerial leadership of a team in the field of electronic engineering
• Coordinating electronics projects with management and customers
• Implementing customer specifications as a team
• Leading team meetings
• Capacity planning and schedule tracking for new developments
• Selecting purchased parts and working closely with the purchasing department
• Supporting service and sales
• Working closely with the mechanical design and software development departments
• Maintaining the competency matrix and initiating necessary training measures

Your profile:

• Successfully completed vocational training as a technician or master technician (m/f/d) or a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
• Knowledge of modern automation technology, particularly in working with fieldbus systems and applicable standards
• Proficiency in EPLAN P8
• Solid knowledge of SAP
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident and professional demeanor when interacting with internal and external contacts
• Willingness to travel for work, as well as strong teamwork and communication skills
• Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach to thinking and working
• Experience in technical and/or disciplinary personnel management
• High level of initiative and enthusiasm for innovative technologies
