Your tasks:
- You are the contact person for the customer and service staff.
- You will provide support for technical problems and product-specific inquiries.
- You plan the assignments of service technicians.
- You take over the spare parts management.
- You carry out coordination with the specialist departments.
- You observe the market, determine the demand and actively sell service products in cooperation with After Sales Service and Sales.
Your profile:
- Your completed technical training in the field of electronics, mechatronics, mechanics, or a comparable field of expertise.
- Your professional experience as a service employee or assembly technician.
- Your technical affinity and tact in dealing with customers.
- Your readiness for 24/7 shift work.
- Your experience with SAP as well as MS Office would be an advantage.
- Your good written and spoken German and English skills and your strong communication skills.
- Your independent and responsible way of working.
- Your high technical understanding.
